CAMPAIGN not available for agents

Hi,
I have installed Vicidialnow and everything is working fine except all of a sudden only one campaign is available for agents. There are other campaign which are active but not available in the campaign list during agent login.

Even in user edit the campaign rank section only one campaign can be edited others are greyedout.Please help

Hey! You posted your system specs!

I don't know why you'd be using such an old version of the software, but you have likely modified your "user group" to only allow specific campaigns.

You should upgrade to a later version (which you CAN do without a reinstall) or you can install GoAutoDial or Vicibox (GoAutoDial if you want to keep the same interface and OS, Vicibox if you want to switch to OpenSuSE and install version 2.4/SVN and possibly get support from The Vicidial Group in the future).
