Which method of communication and what specific features would you want integrated between the two systems?

Well, the customer already is using Altitude fully integrated with SAP and is evaluating Avaya CRM Connector.

They're curious about what kind of integration would be posible between vicidial and SAP, so the requirements are still wide open, when I asked about any specific integration they pointed me to the previous reference.

After a quick search we've found a reference about SAP Jco and asterisk-java integration but nothing concrete.

Because of this, we're wondering if someone can enlighten us on what kind of integration would be posible between the two systems. Sadly we aren't SAP experts.

best regards,

Andres

We have not done any specific integrations with SAP in the past, if you find more information on this please post it.
