Hi,

I have installed Goautodial and Digium TE220,

VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015

I have E1 PRI's up.
I can make outbound call from Eyebeam
I can make outbound call from vicidial using Dial Method : Manual

But

I can NOT make outgoing calls when using Dial Method: Ratio.
The customer get the call and its hang up in 3-4 sec but I can not hear the customer and in Agent page, the Live Call image shows in green color and then off with No Live Call, the Admin page of vicidial shows call status 'Dead'.

please help

1) Have you changed the IP address of this server?

2) Show asterisk CLI from a TEST (not 3000 lines of live server code, please!) of the moments up to fail

3) Have a look at /var/log/astguiclient to see the decisionmaking process if the CLI doesn't show what is happening.

4) Thanks for posting your installation method, vicidial version and build#!!

yes, I have changed. its 10.128.210.50 (my local lan ip)

and after this I run update_server_ip also.
and in extensions.conf I add under [default]

Which file you want me to see here, too many files are here, I see this one 'vdautodial.2011-03-18'

since you are using dahdi channels, i'm not sure it's appropriate to have the "sip-silence" line in there.

in that case, something happens between playing the silence and hanging up the call. some form of conflict will have to be in zap or agi debug somewhere that causes the hangup.

Thanks Everyone, My issue is resloved.
I was adding this line ---
exten => _010*128*210*050*.,1,Goto(default,${EXTEN:16},1)

under the [trunkinbound] but when I paste it under [default] it start working.

Once agin, thanks to all help and time.

I'm not getting the calls recordings,
I select from users and campaings, Record all Calls Forcely, but still no call recording is coming.

from yesterday, I'm having no calls issue after 40-45min of intervals.
The agents are not getting calls. but in admin panel of vicidial, I can see 70-80 calls are being placed. It was working fine since 4 months, I did not make any change in it.
Now :

1) When I restart the server it start working
2) When I unplug and plug the PRI cables from digium TE220 card, it start working.
3) When I wait for atleast 4-5min, agents start getting the calls.

There was some issue in my 1 PRI, which is up and down.(flapping).
