No phone ring in ONLY one computer

hi all.

a strange issue today .we have 10 computers all working good BUT one.
when the agent log in. The softphone doesn''t ring and we don't get the"YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON ..." message.

we tried every phone login we got but in vain.

no changes were made to this computer neither to the server.

i left the optional field :Computer IP address: blank.

invain.

what could be the cause please.

so replace "from .iso" with "installer: GoAutoDial CE 2.1", and "version 2.4-309a" with "Vicidial version 2.4-309a"

Next question: output from asterisk -rx "sip show peers", does the output show an IP address for that workstation's phone?

hi again.

well a did nothing .and now only one login works in that computer

only cc102. what i recall doing before is.puting the login of cc102 in the starter page.

192.168.1.2/goautodial-agent/vicidial.php?pl=cc102&pp=cc102

but i canceled it.and still only cc102 works on that computer.
