Possible Telephony Configuration

Hi Vicidial Team,

Im currently being curious on a setup where on this scenario i have:

1x DB
4x Telephony
1x Web
1x Archive

On admin.php: Admin>Servers>Max Vicidial Trunks
Telephony 1 = No Trunks
Telephony 2-4 = With Trunks

And on Telephony 1, here lies all the agent extensions.
On Telephony 2-4 its like a call server or the ones dialing without agent extensions.

My question is, is this possible? Having on Telephony 1 all agents extensions lies and on Telephony 2-4 they act like call servers where in Telephony 2-4 will only make calls and pass it to Telephony 1?

yes this is possible, but you'll be losing one of the advantages of having trunks on the same server as the agents: no extra hop for the call. but that does not mean it isn't a good idea.

Around 3 or 4:1 ratio william.

How do i configure this setup? Any necessary configs on the admin.php?

I mean how do you make other Telephony Servers Dial when no one is logged in on that server?

I didn't mean how many per agent, I meant total. Will your room have 3 agents or 372? LOL

It should be automatic if you have balance dialing on in the servers and have a Campain VDAD Exten that will allow the calls to go to other servers. I think those are the only requirements.
