work with emergency log out (please help)

hi i have a question..


is there a possible way to automatically emergency logout the agent if the time of his/her waiting time/paused/dispo/deadcall is in 2 minutes?

sounds like a great feature request. you should post it to the Issue Tracker and offer to sponsor it! (Or at least post it ... or hire someone to write it)
