I have found from the manual that agents/managers (with specific permissions) can listen calls of other agents by dialing 0+<session_id> of the other agents, so my questions are
1. Is there a way for the manager to join the call, so there will be a 3-way call having the Agent, Other Party (Caller/Receiver depending on inbound/outbound call) and the manager?
1a. If the above is possible, is it possible for the agent to leave the call and start receiving other calls?
1b. Also is there a way that the agent start receiving other calls on another line and the conference stay on one line as most soft-phones allows multiple line/channels.
1c. Also is it possible for the manager to kick the agent from the call and completely takeover the call?
2. Is there a way to listen calls of other agents by using their phone extension?
2a. If its not possible, thn is there a way that an agent (not admin) with privileges can see the session numbers of the other agents in the user group?
