Hi,
We are running newly installed GoAutodial CE 2.1 for 2 weeks and we did only noticed that the customer date and time do not show on default goautodial agent interface (color green) but when I did to use the default vicidial agent interface (grayish w/ light blue color) the customer date and time shows.
How can I fix this? As former version of goautodial e.i. CE 1.3 and CE 2.0 in agent portal the customer date and time shows but not here in CE 2.1 agent interface.
Thanks
VicidialNow CE 1.3
Version: 2.0.5-174
Build: 90522-0506

have you customized your installation at all?
any errors during installation?
also: do you mean it's wrong or missing?

Try applying this bug fix:
http://goautodial.org/issues/27. The date and time appears if it's a live call.

First, thanks to the experts here for taking the time to help us out!

System Bogomips 7182.37
I presume that the customer's time is supposed to display there at the top of the page header area where it says "Cust Time". But, I have not seen it work. I see no mention in this thread of whether the proposed solutions offered here actually worked.
Can we revisit this?
When loading new leads into a list, I set
Phone Code Override to "1- USA"
and
Lead Time Zone Lookup to:
"Country Code and Area Code Only"
or
"Postal Code first"
Neither of the two settings above appear to make the Cust Time display after the import.
Note- I do not have an area code field, the area code is part of the "Phone Number" field value being imported.
Postal codes are being imported properly and are being displayed on the Agent Call screen.
Everything else with the Agent's screen is working as intended.
Thank you,
kip
