check what dns has been assigned to your local windows system
type
setup => Netwok configurations => Edit dns configuration =>
primary dns "the dns ip which you find in ur windows system"
secondary dns 4.2.2.2
teritary dns 208.67.222.222
save and exit
type
service network restart
ping 4.2.2.2
ping google.com
type

I got it working. Thanks for all the help. Just for future references Verizon fios does not like static nat routing.
