HI ALL.
In the the leads i also put the alternative phone number which is most of the time a cell phone.

doing this coz i just want my agents to tell the prospects (we also have your cell phone number ; it's 06xxxxxx)

i'm wondering in case the phone number is busy does vicidial dial that alternative number?( I DON'T WANT IT TO COZ IT'S SO EXPENSIVE)

So if it does it, i can prevent that in my dialplan.

read the vicidial manager's manual. it only does that if you go to the trouble of setting it up to do so. not by default.
