No agents name or phones name shown;when monitoring agents

hi all
When i monitor agents (monitor or barge)almost eveything works well .the only probleme is that there is no agent name or phone name displayed and instead i see the SESSIONID(8600051) even when i click on the SHOW PHONE link it does'nt display the phone name(cc101 or william).

in user --> admin interface select 0 for Realtime Block User Info: and save for the admin through which u r monitoring
