Goautodial 2.1 - Lead count showing as O after one week

Hi,

I reinstalled goautodial 2.1 again..This time the lead count shows as zero after a week of dialing(4 agents). Is is because my system is crashing and looking for a better specs?

First installation issues:

Connection Reset
Leads not going to the hopper sometimes
Sometimes showing as dialing but no calls coming in (voip has no issues)

Second installation:

Connection Reset
Lead count going back to zero
No active list showing in the campaign summary

Even if I try to create anotther campaign,list and load different leads. It's now showing as duplicate.

Not sure what is making you conclude that the records are duplicate. The errors show 'bad phone'. I would suggest checking the format of the numbers being uploaded. I had similar issues when uploading using excel. This was because there excel was prefixing an an apostrophe ' before the phone number. When I converted the lead file to a tab delimited or comma separated text file the upload worked fine. Could you please try this and let us know if it works for you? If you suspect duplicate records then very simply do not check on the "check for duplicates" option when loading leads.

There is no problem with the phone no. format. The dialer was working for about one week. What thinking is that the hardware isn't compatible with goautodial but not yet sure.

I have another dual core server (xeon processor) running for 5 days now and not yet experiencing ant issues. No special configurations just followed the "how to get started guide".

Has anyone done a fresh install on a higher spec desktop and ran for one month without any issues.

1) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

2) The format of the phone may be perfect, but it would be helpful if it were in the right field. The display shows bad phone, then shows what was in the phone field as a demonstration of that bad phone. But those are not phone numbers.

Upload your list as a 23 field tab delimited file and use "standard" instead of custom (the field list is available by pushing the "?" help button next to "Browse" during upload). If you get all 23 fields in the proper order before saving as tab delimited, the system will have no problems identifying the fields (in fact it won't even attempt, it will just use them where they are).
