Time Clock problem.

I have a problem in timeclock. It automatically log out, even if we didn't log out yet.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Does it log them out at the same time every day?

What do you have the Timeclock End Of Day set to in Admin -> System Settings?

i am having the same problem,

my "Timeclock End Of Day" was earlier set to "0000" but it logout all agents at 1:00 AM
then i change "Timeclock End Of Day" to "1200" but still it logout all agents at 1:00 AM
i dont understand the link b/w 0000 1200 and 0100 ...
Me server time is well set and synced.

while looking at the astGUIclient.conf it should not logout in any case ...i think
