HI!
goautodial 2.1
gasteriskCLI v1.0
OS = Windows
i got a problem with my goautodial. when i make calls it always said that "Cause 19: call rejected call reject congestion"
what the problems of this??

Hi
What carrier type u r using
Does you configured ur carrier properly (follow the manager manual or goautodial getting start guide)
if you configured the carrier did u checked whether it is registered with ur provider
type asterisk -vvvr in the linux console
and type sip show peers and sip show registry
and conform whether it registered or not

check your carrier configurations .
check whether your server have internet access
and check whether you are able to ping your carrier ipaddress.

hi
may be your sip provider have disabled the ping option , so you cant confirm that the problem is with the sip provider .
better you register a softphone with the sip settings provided by your carrier provider and check whether it is registring or not .

How to ping from vicidial server?... i already register into a soft using my SIP and it register....

hi, already registered the carrier. it finally shows in CLI,
thanks to u striker. but how can i fix the status 16 normal call clearning?
