I want to add the g729 codec. Where do I add it? What directory? asterisk isnt located in /usr/lib/asterisk

I struggled to copy to g729 codec to my server in CLI. I am a total linux CLI noobie and didn't know until now that Nautilus can connect to my server. So if anyone is as useless as me at CLI and it using Linux they should use Nautilus.
