Good Afternoon,
I am interested in your predictive dialler solutions with Goautodial. i need to know if i have to use your phone minutes provider or can i use other Level 3 carriers.
Also what hardware or software do we need to set this up?

I am not the most knowledgeable person here by a long shot but...
you can use any voip carrier or if you use a T1 you need hardware for that.
The server you need depends on the number of agents (so what are your plans?)
and all the software you need is right here

Nicely put @noworldorder. Any VoIP carrier can be used with the GoAutoDial system. Though of course we recommend our VoIP services since the call quality is great. Not to mention that it helps fund the development of the open source system.
Can you answer the following questions:
1. How many seats are you planning to run?
2. Inbound, outbound or blended calls?
3. What kind of trunks are you going to use (E1/T1, VoIP, PSTN and etc)?
4. Are you going to record all calls?
