I'd like to know if VD has the ability to incorporate IVRS speech recognition. For exapmple, if a person speaks thier name or credit card information, can VD translate that information and store it in a report that can be converted into a text file for batch credit card processing? Any help on the subject will be much appreciated. Thanks - SNS

nope, but you can add that with custom programming and Lumenvox licenses.

Depends on what you mean by "cost effective". Lumenvox licenses vary in price depending on what you want to do with them, and you need concurrent channel licenses which can cost as much as $350/channel.
I would suggest drafting a full set of requirements for the project along with a call flow and estimated call volume and peak volume numbers.
