Install and Configure Lumen Vox Speech Engine

I highly recommend that you install it in a separate box running independently of Vicidial and allow it to "support" vicidial by returning text when supplied with audio. This will allow it to support multiple Vicidial instances and allow upgrade and/or replacement of the Vicidial instance without altering your (likely to be expensive) Lumen Vox installation. Sounds like a fun project.
