Hello. By reading at the manual (and some testing) it seems that there can only be one campaign which can be using for inbound calls, and it must be named "CLOSER". Is that correct? Or is there a way to create more than one campaign with in-groups? This would be very useful, as it would let us give access to users only to the in-groups for which they are allowed.
Thanks

Nope, you just have to have the word "CLOSER" in the campaign name, so CLOSERXY or ABCLOSER would also work. You could have dozens of CLOSER-type campaigns this way.
In the 2.0.3b1 release and for further releases you can use INBND, BLEND and _I, _B, _C(at the end of the campaign_name) or any combination of those in the campaign name to denote a CLOSER-type campaign.
