At this moment, me have our own CRM, and we can make calls from our CRM through a dialer component developed my us that is based on cisco. Well, I need to do the same thing (control campaigns of our CRM through calls) but with the vicidial modules, that is, communicate our CRM with asterix and controlling the calls with the vicidial modules.
Is it possible?
