Agent button to call back when call gets disconnected

Postby DomeDan » Mon Apr 11, 2011 6:21 am

Hi

Is it possible to let the agent call back to a customer by pressing a button when a call gets disconnected in the middle of a conversation in auto dial mode?

I haven’t found anything about this in the forum or the issue tracker. I don't know if I choose the right words, english is not my main language.
I will post a feature request if it doesn’t exists

Enable the Alt Number Dialing campaign feature and your agents will have this ability.

Can someone explain this more.

I have enabled the "Alt Number Dialing" in the campaign. Is there an actual button that shows to re-dial the number or is it another process?

thanks

with that feature on, the client can be called at any number in "phone number", "alt number", "address3" fields. This includes the moment a call gets "cut off", the agent still being on the record can just dial again at any of those three numbers (manually).

Ok, I can't figure this out.

Call gets disconnected and I still don't see any option to dial this customer back. I have the Alt Number Dialing set to Y

When I try to manual dial it says that I must be in pause to do this function.

I don't see any other way to re-dial a customer.

What am I missing here...dumbfounded

edit:

Ok, got it! before clicking the hang up button, you have to check the alt number box. Then after clicking the hang up button you have various options at the top of the form to dial the same number or other fields
