What open-source CRM does VICIdial use? How do I integrate it? Please help!

Is vtiger open source? I went to the vtiger website and it doesn't say anything about it being open source...

If you want to "share users" between CRM and Dialer, vTiger is good.

If you want to "push leads" from Dialer (Sales?) to the CRM but have different users in the CRM (Customer Service?) or use the CRM primarily for reporting ... I recommend you look at SugarCRM.

vTiger and SugarCRM are from the same stock (vTiger forked off of SugarCRM a few years ago ...). SugarCRM is more geared toward "Commercial" and is missing "Group Security" (if that is a concern ... use vTiger). But vTiger's code is not as professional and the version that is integrated with Vicidial is somewhat limited (I do not recommend having more than 15k leads in vTiger ...).

But: There is no "stock" integration between SugarCRM and Vicidial. If you want "plug -n- play" it will have to be vTiger ...
