Hi,
i have setup inbound campaign. It is working perfectly but the issues i got is i didnot get the customer information in the pop up. i can see the caller id but couldnot get the customer information. i have uploaded some data in list which match the caller id of incoming calls but still couldnot get the customer information matched of caller id. I think this is default behavior of vicidial and i am missing somewhere.
Thanks
my version is
VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015
Thanks
Best Regards,

Could you explain how did you route the calls to the inbound campaign?
Our method is to set up a DID, use 'IN_GROUP' DID route, set the desired In-Group ID and use the right In-Group List ID.
From the Help section:
===
In-Group List ID - If IN_GROUP is selected as the DID Route, then this is the List ID that leads may be searched through and that leads will be inserted into if necessary.

Ioan

Hi,
Here we can go to the DID and serch for "
In-Group Call Handle Method" default you will find
CID there, just change it to
CIDLOOKUP and submit.
your problem is solved....

I recommend using CIDLOOKUPRC if you have user groups configured. This will look for lead information only in the lists associated with the campaign, and NOT in the entire system. So that in the future they don't have permission problems.
You can find the differences by looking for "vicidial_inbound_dids-call_handle_method".
