Hey guys,

I have an old P4 computer that I plan to use with Goautodial.

I want to have 3-4 seats,will this do or is it better to get a VPS/dedicated solution for outbound lines? Thanks.

live agent with a dial ratio of 3 or less it will probably work fine. beware VPS, as this does not generally work for more than a single agent (although there have been some recent reports of success ... I still don't see any regular entries on here for anyone using a VPS continually, so the reports of success may have been premature ... or limited in some way).

Cool... does cloud computing work any better or is any kind of virtualization off limit?

Virtualization is a "nono" or a Challenge (depending on your viewpoint). My advice would be to use the P4, get it online, and then debate the "challenge" at a later date. (if ever)
