Hi everybody
I need some suggestion:
how can I implement the following scenario in vicidial?
When a customer has more than one phone number:
Customer1: #Number1, #Number2, #Number3, #Number4
When dialing:
#Number1: No answer (may be customer does not hear the phone).
#Number2: Phone invalid (Not valid Extension, may be)
#Number3: Customer answers the phone.
#Number4: No dialing, because already called to this customer through #Number3.
I know that is easy to load this customer for each found phone (four register in the list). But, how to stop dialing the remaining phones when customer answers?

This is what the campaign feature Auto Alt Dial is for. I would recommend the MULTI_LEAD setting which requires you to use a vendor_lead_code account number to link the leads that are shared by a single account.
