Agent perfomance details issue

Hi matt,

I am using goautodial ver 2.1, VERSION: 2.4-309a,BUILD: 110430-1642. from couple of days i am facing problem in Agent perfomance details..

The following fields showing below status

status -> NULL
talk -> 0
sum(dispo_sec) -> 0
sum(dead_sec) -> 0

is there any script not running in Background?
Please help me
