Admin Page Problem

Well I have tried to reinstall Vicibox, but still I am not able to log into the Admin Page, it says invalid username/password - I have not changed the default password or username while installation.
I am not able to understand the problem

Please help

My System Configuration.
Intel Server Board S3420GP
Intel Xeon Processor X3430
Ram - 8 GM
I used Vicibox - 32 Bit

can you log into the console and check the database to see if the vicidial_users table is populated?

Dear All,

I have installed Goautodial 2.0 on a server machine and want to install Openr2 on that. I have tried 3 or 4 times to install but i had not got success.
Please suggest me that how can i do that..

1) This post is not related to the thread. Please open one that actually has a subject line that pertains to the topic being discussed.

2) This is a support question related to GoAutoDial, but you posted in an unrelated topic in General Discussion.

3) You did not post your Vicidial Version with Build (which is always something you are supposed to do).

4) Openr2 is a purely asterisk related question, not actually related to Vicidial or GoAutoDial ... you would be much more likely to get help on an Asterisk forum, as there are certainly more of them than there are of us.

Can you login to the machine via ssh then

1. type mysql to login to the mysql console
2. when the mysql> is shown type use asterisk
3. type select user,pass from vicidial_users

do a tail -f /var/log/apache2/access.log or tail -f /var/log/apache2/error.log t see whats going on with your web server
