Manager and Agent Manual, pdf?

Dear All;

I tried to download the manual for the Manager and Agent from the below link:

http://www.vicidial.org/store.php

But it did not work, because it downloaded an php file and does not open when I try to double click on it (I tried even to open it using Internet explorer but did not open), I was think it will download pdf but did not see any pdf.

Any advise where to download these manuals?

That link is for the STORE. You have to click on the link IN the store ... then provide your data in the form, and THEN download the file.

I know that I have to fill the form and then it will give me two buttons to click on them to download, one button to download the agent manual and the other button to download the manager manaual.

The problem when I clicked on these buttons, it download the file download_survey_passthru.php instead of downloading the manuals files (which should be the files: Agent_Manual_LowRes_BW.pdf and Manager_Manual_LowRes_BW.pdf), but actually it is downloading an php file which even is not openned (download_survey_passthru.php).

So how to download those pdf files?
By the way, I am using download accelarator, does this effect? I am sure it is not effecting as I am using it always to download the files.

Also, when I direct the mouse on the buttons to download, the following associated link is appearing: http://www.eflo.net/download_survey_passthru.php so that means it is not directed to the pdf files.

The PDF files are passed through the PHP script, The issue you are experiencing is usually caused by the browser you are using or a proxy that you are going through. I would suggest trying a different browser or computer.

Or clearing your cache or using private browsing.

Or just stop using that download accelerator and download it normally? Click the button and wait for the save to pop up dialog box.
