Hi Matt,
Call Count looks like the max attempts we discussed in another thread.
I still don't understand what is meant with penetration, can you give an example?
I see the completed flags in the the statuses screen, what does it do?
For instance if i set the call count limit in the campaign to 5, what will happen if a lead is called for the fifth time? Which status will it get and how will it show up in the reports?
