i have A dual xeon machine 2.0 - 2.0 processors with 2 GB Ram with SCSI 72 GB can u please tell me how many agents can my server support with full recording... thanks

Will you be using any codecs other than ULAW?

How many lines per agent will be your highest when dialing out?

thanks for replying m using opensource g729 and there is no calls limitation, u can dial upto your server can bear the load

You will just need to try and see what your server can handle. G729 is very hard on the CPU so you probably won't be able to handle more than 72 outside lines beign dialed out if that.
