How to prevent agents from modify data on their screen

My question is simple: How to prevent agents from modify data on their screen.(cos i did notice that some agents do modify the phone number in their agent screen before going to the next call.
it must be in the users screen (looked there found nothing)

You may be interested in the campaign settings which control what the agent can modify. This, of course, is in the Vicidial Manager's Manual available at EFLO.net (link above ... top left corner ...)

Also of note: This question is not operating system or installer related ... it's a Vicidial question, not a GoAutoDial question. Better place on the "Support" board instead of the "VicidialNow - GoAutoDial" board. For future reference.
