edit /etc/asterisk/sip.conf
Change:
;allowguest=no
to:
allowguest=no
And restart.
Not a problem if you installed with ViciBox above v.3.1.10, or ViciDial SVN above build 110506-1537 version 2.4-310a.

even if you have iptables active, this is a good idea.
