SQL filter to roll leads over

Postby perci100 » Thu Feb 09, 2012 1:52 pm

Been using this for about 3 months now. Having it hosted by another company so it is re-branded and contains a few plugins they have created but the base is the same. I want to create a SQL filter that will pull leads that have been dialed 8 times and roll them over to an aged list. 1) is it possible? 2)What variable would I use to grab the number of passes? or do I actually have to force the system to add a custom field like "passes" to keep track ?
Any help would be appreciated. I am an IT specialist at a call center and we need this working.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give

Have you contacted the company that you are hosted with about this? They are the only ones that can do it for you.

Didnt see this before , Thank you for the reply. Now that I have my own server I am grateful for the Lead tools :):) Also, I am sorry so many people rebrand your hard work :( not right at all.
