The agent doesn't see the listing of all in-groups----SOLVED

Hi
I created an IN-GROUP and a CLOSER campaign like in the Manager_Manual_2.0.2.

The agent login with the phone and user information, he chooses the CLOSER campaign and he can see a green screen, but he cannot see the listing of all in-groups, he just can see in the green screen this:

Go to:
VICIDIAL MANAGER --> USERS --> MODIFY (THE USERS FOR INBOUNDS) --> AGENT CHOOSE INGROUPS (CHANGED THIS TO 1)
