Upgrade to current ViciDial SVN

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction on upgrading the ViciDial version of my GoAutoDial to the current SVN release. All the different version numbers are confusing me a bit and this is my first time working with my own ViciDial server. I'm just wondering if any of the GoAutoDial stuff will break if I do successfully upgrade, and I want to make sure that the instructions for upgrading from the SVN (Found on the ViciDial Wiki) will work for GoAutoDial.

Here's my info:
GoAutoDial 3.1 CE from .iso | Vicidial 2.4-309a Build 110430-1642 | Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

The regular instructions for upgrading to the latest SVN works for GoAutoDial. The only thing that might not be compatible to the latest SVN is the modified agent UI.
