Can't get the caller id to work

Postby sofcall » Sat Feb 25, 2012 8:37 pm

Hi all.
I can't get the caller id to work in my installation.
i tried every possible number combinasion from(003317896114/+33178961140 /33178961140 and 0178961140)
my voip provider allow the following format +33178961140.

and from my voip account using the webbrowser i can easily change the number to what ever number i want.

tried many dialplans too.Actually i m using the following:
exten => _0ZXXXXXXX.,1,Set(CALLERID(number)=0033178961140)
exten => _0ZXXXXXXX.,n,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _0ZXXXXXXX.,n,Dial(${TRUNK}/00212${EXTEN:1},,tToR)
exten => _0ZXXXXXXX.,n,Hangup

exten => _00212XXXXX.,1,Set(CALLERID(number)=0033178961140)
exten => _00212ZXXXX.,n,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _00212ZXXXX.,n,Dial(${TRUNK}/${EXTEN},,tToR)
exten => _00212ZXXXX.,n,Hangup

CallerID settings should be pretty straight forward. Normally, you just enter it in the campaign settings. If it doesn't work you need to get in touch with your carrier. They might be overriding your caller ID or they don't do caller ID pass thru.

hi folks!

This had worked for me ,

Code: Select all
exten => _X.,1,Set(CALLERID(num)=09606202004)
exten => _X.,n,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _X.,n,Dial(${agni}/${EXTEN:1},,tToR)
exten => _X.,n,Hangup()

hope you would find it working!

I tried it in :
Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici RPM by demian@goautodial.com built by root @ go-desktop on a i686 running Linux on 2011-05-05 16:30:51 UTC
