How to take Back and Restore of Leads Before Reinstalling the dialer ?

to backup database
to restore database

mysqldump -u [uname] -p[pass] [dbname] | gzip -9 > [backupfile.sql.gz]
to restore database

gunzip < [backupfile.sql.gz] | mysql -u [uname] -p[pass] [dbname]
