Video Monitoring to be associated with the call

Hi All;

Any method to do video recording for eah call at the agent desktop screen for the vicidial?

We have clients that have used OrecX to do this, but that does require some different vicidial configuration to allow for OrecX to work properly.

You need to contact Oreca, they can help you set up OrecX to do video recording. As for Vicidial, you need to have telco/Asterisk servers set up in pairs, using server twining.

* This for normal Video recording, correct? I mean not including the Integration with the Agent Desk Top?

As for Vicidial, you need to have telco/Asterisk servers set up in pairs, using server twining.


* This to be able to Integrate the Orecx with Vicidial? But why I need server twining to have Integration between Video Recording and VICIDIAL?
