Collaboration "web and chat" and VICIDIAL

Hi All;

Is there a collaboration software that Integrated with the vicidial, so the agent can handle web and email chat in addition to the voice calls? But to be integrated, in other word: if the agent has a call, then not to send a chat session for him.

Also, I hope if this collaboration is Integrated with Social Media (like facebook, twiteer, .. etc).
