Recording Issues using FULLDATE_AGENT_CAMPAIGN etc

hello there, long time no see (hence, servers are running fine) !

I checked the forum, the (paid) manual and some websites (that most often refer to this forum) because I have to realize a new setup refering to recording calls. I should mention I migrated vicinow 1.3 to vicibox 3.0 ("shaking") and as far as I can see, everything is working fine.
Now I wanted (was told to do so) to realize call recording - I thought, phew, no problem at all, but I am facing the situation, that my call records are not renamed the way they were supposed to do.
Actually, recording is happening, so things like Campaign Rec exten, Campaign Recording and Campaign Rec Filename are clear, but the last point only works for the admin-web-link (user stats -> recordings), will say that in "the browser", even in the agent interface, the recording is named as vicidial says : CAMPAIGN_FULLDATE_AGENT_CUSTPHONE. But with that name, I cannot find a file on the system ... Now I know, it is under /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE and if the ast_cron_audio-1 script runs it mixes them but they keep those ugly names like:
1300872481-Local-58600073@default-4c2f,1-all.mp3
I swear I could remember, with vicinow (where I did not need it) there it was as easy as it is when you must do nothing ... just use the VARIABLES and go ... what am I missing (migration in the back of the head) ?
Furthermore the "location" of the file is not displayed in the user stats page and I cannot play around with astguiclient.conf, cause the system must be up and running.
To put it in a nutshell: What must be given or what do I lack of to have the call recordings renamed properly ?

I think the problem may refer to the empty location field in vicidial-admin->user stats ... I used the change_archive_url that worked fine for older entries in the database but it does not work for files that have "NULL" in the location field ...

Are these the steps do get location field working ?
on call record server
check VARhttp in /etc/astguiclient.conf, make changes and reboot
check admin->servers-> record web link: SERVER-IP, localhost

on web-db server quite the same ... except localhost ...

maybe I already got it but only the reboot will give it to me ?!? Actually, my boss was asking me, if it originally wasn't windows that needs to reboot after little changes ;-)

I think It should be the asterisk version server info. You should set the correct version on that field or vicidial will put a bad recoding filename.

It worked for me.

How you view your recorded files and rating it (evaluate the recorded files in a way that will evaulate the agent)?

The recorded calls:
Is there interface (web page) that enable u to browse these recorded files and hear it? Or u FTP it to ur machine and open the files to hear it?

Actually my question is related to the interface that u use it to browse these files?

You can go to:

- Users
- Select User you want to listen
- User Stats
- Select Lead you want to listen on "OUTBOUND CALLS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD" section
- Go to "RECORDINGS FOR THIS LEAD:" and click on recording you want.

If this doesn't work you have a problem with vicidial installtion or configuration.
