GoAutoDial is not designed for multiple servers. Vicibox Redux IS.

You should have 1 dedicated DB server, 1 dedicated Web server and two Dialers.

Alternately, you can combine the DB/Web and have two dialers (and split the web from the DB later).

For cheapskates who "hope it'll work", you can have a two server cluster with DB/Web/Dialer on one and Web/Dialer on the second and it may hold the load if you're lucky. Watch your load levels on both machines and pay attention for erratic behavior.

In any of the above scenarios, use Vicibox Redux for installation. Do not use the "preload" version (which is designed for simple single server installation like GoAutoDial, NOT for multi-server installation). The installer will quiz you as to the purpose of the machine being installed.

We like (especially for newer shops with less than 150 agents) to install ALL components on ALL servers to allow for maximum flexibility down the road. (Except DB, we ordinarily only install that on the DB server, but Web/Dialer we will install on ALL servers when possible for flexibility.)
