connect my vicidial with another pbx

Hi Everybody, I have my vicidial working perfectly,
(Goautodial, i use an E1 connection, small call center office with 4 agents, everything is fine)
Now I want to connect it with another PBX, an Alcatel one(used by personels for office communication).
the administrator of Alcatel told me he has allowed the communication already, SIP trunk and everything else!
On my side also, I have created new phones (they gave me available free Sip phones on Alcatel that i should use on my vicidial).
Now Vicidial is tryin to call other Alcatel's phones, but nothing happen... I can see on Asterisk CLI that Alcatel phone is ringing, but actually nothin happens

Any Idea, has anyone tried to link 2 PBXs. is ther any port to change on the vicidial serverto allow the communication? How can i add a SIP trunk and allow the 2 PBX to communicate (on vicidial side) ?

Can you tell briefly what's needed to allow the 2 PBX to communicate
the administrator of the other PBX(Alcatel) has given me free available phones i should use, I have created them on vicidial.
He has created a SIP trunk on his side to allow his system to communicate with our vicidial, by adding my Vcidial server IP address to his system;
NOW How am i creating that SIP trunk, which will allow my vicidial to talk to his PBX
any idea? please thx
