Hi

In the real time report our pause statuses (lunch, tea, etc) do not show anymore. They only show when we select a specific campaign but not when all campaigns are selected. This may have been since our latest upgrade but I am not 100% sure. It did show a couple of weeks ago though.

Have you tested this after the QC installation (I'd hate to think QC broke that function ... but obviously something to be considered ...). "A couple weeks" sounds like it may fall into that time span ... but do you know the last time this function worked?

I honestly don't know. It is a possibility that it is since the QC installation but I am not sure.

This is most likely caused by one of your campaigns having pause codes turned off.

William, this was indeed the Poundteam test campaign which had pause codes disabled.
