not sure if even this possible. you might i think subscribe for Hosted Dialer it is low cost but will need monthly fees
the best way is to create your own Vicidial Server. there are people here in the forum that could help you or even me if you have large requirements since it may require multiple server

You may want to consult the Vicidial group for your server needs. I bet you have large requirement.
