ttyload and eaccelerator

Dears;

I am installing the VICIDIAL on ubuntu and I am following a manual (VICIdial_for_Dummies_20100331.pdf), until now every thing is fine. But I failed to download the ttyload and the eaccelerator from the below links, I tried multiple time without any success. Can someone advise if they are important and from where I have to download them?

Its all there.

ttyload is not necessary. It is just another tool for troubleshooting load issues.

eaccelerator though is basically required. Vicidial will still work without it, but you will get far less agents on a web server without it.
