When i click on LISTEN to monitor agent call I get a message
"Firefox dosen't know how to open this address, because the protocol (sip) isn't associated with any program.
Please Help

Do you have a phone setup? If you plan to listen to the calls from your computer (through headphones or speaker) then you need to install a softphone.

I've already installed soft phones (X Pro) but it is not associated with firefox.

Open My Computer
Tools->Folder Options->File Types
look for (NONE) URL:SIP Protocol
once selected click advanced and ensure there is an open action pointed to that application.

I checked there but there is no File Type : (NONE) URL:SIP Protocol.
Can u Please, tell me how to add SIP protocol in file types.

Try uninstalling xpro creating a new profile on your system and reinstall xpro...
