Bulk moving callbacks

Hi Guys

Is there a way to move all the callbacks from one user to another specific user without having to do it one by one? If not, how many hours will it take to add this feature Matt? Please also quote for an additional option of moving the callbacks from one user to another specific user group.

Callbacks can't be assigned to a user group.

As for a webpage that would allow you to move all of a user's USERONLY scheduled callbacks to another user, that would take 2 hours.

Thanks Matt. I am happy to go ahead with this thank you. The reason why we want this is when sales agents resign and we quickly want to move their callbacks over.

I've seen that :
28. Added Callbacks Bulk Move admin utility. Also changed behavior of the
removal links for callbacks from the callback hold displays for Users,
User Groups, Lists and Campaigns.

Where can i find this feature?

You need to be a level 9 user to get there.
