Press 1 Campaign - to an external DID no. (not to agents)

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to configure the call blasting campaign to transfer to an external did no. instead if the normal transfer to agent extension?

Simplest way to do it is use a Remote Agent.

I'm using the remote agent however when I did some testing..After pressing 1 it doesn't go to the external did no. do I have to do anything aside from putting the external did no. on the ->External Extension: (dial plan number dialed to reach agents).

in the External Extension enter the DID which u want to transfer the press 1 campaign call.

Make sure that DID should be able to dial out from your dialplan entry used in the trunk .

if you use 9 as prefix in your dialplan entry , then you need to enter your DID with 9 ie;912561111111 in the External Extension
