Vicidial Technician Needed in Clwtr FL area

Hello,

We are looking for anyone in the Clearwater, FL - Palm Harbor, FL area to assist in checking out our VERSION: 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642 ViciDial Box as to why calls are not ringing out to the agents. We are not sure if it is a connectivity issue with our SIP Provider, if it is a DialPlan issue or something totally separate as to why our agents are not getting calls.

Ordinarily these things are not handled in person. We perform all work remotely unless we have your servers in our shop (or are in upstate NY?).

Also, it would be handy if you gave something more technical than "calls are not ringing out to".

Basic installation stuff like this can be pretty cheap (if your installation was successful but things like firewall and sip providers or basic configuration are as yet unfamiliar to you ...) or pretty expensive if your installation was not actually successful and that is why your system does not work.
A good test:

If this results in 8 to 10 screens, you probably have a good install.

The system was working fine until it ran out of disk space and than "crashed", so we did a search on the forums as to what to do, we found and ran the code to have the system delete recordings older than 7 days, upon completion of that process, the system was back up and running and we have now run into this situation where we posted the following also....Hi....

I have the same issue above except I am running VERSION: 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642 ViciBox, it shows XX calls ringing but the agents do not receive the calls, only a limited amount of calls are getting into the agents and they are waiting 1-4 minutes between calls. When I stop the Campaign and all agents are logged out, it will still display the XX calls rining, almost as if the dialer is "stuck".

28 calls being placed 28 calls ringing 0 calls waiting for agents 0 calls in IVR NO AGENTS ON CALLS


Any ideas as to what would cause this ?
