the customer has hung up but really have not done

This message appears when agents are talking to the customer, the strange thing is that the client do not actually hung up and the agent can follow if press "go back" very well with the call

What can i do????? To stop this problem

1) Excellent job posting your specs! Kudos.

2) Excellent job posting a link to a photo instead of a virus infested download site! Kudos some more.

3) It's likely your network quality. Try removing your agents ability to surf the web (sorry, no more youtube, no limewire, no twitter, nothing). Limit your network activity to Vicidial Only and you'll likely resolve your issues. Do you also experience call quality problems?

4) It could also be related to your carrier, but this is very unusual.
